If you are in Houston, you must go eat cheese enchiladas at Pappasitos. Holy crap that is the food of the gods. Their chips and salsa are to die for, too, along with the Camarones Brochette (shrimp stuffed with pepper jack, wrapped in bacon, grilled, and then served with some melted buttery sauce for dipping.) *drool*

As IF you need any more dining-out suggestions, two words: Pappadeaux's fondue. Also, the Downtown Acquarium Restaurant. And and and: Chacho's!! Oh, yeah, and go shop at the downtown Spec's on a Saturday.
