I've often yelled things out loud in the middle of busy supermarkets/similar places just for a laugh. See my latest entry, I yelled "Oh for FUCKS sake!" in the middle of the airport when I found out my plane was going to be delayed. Don't be fooled into thinking all us British people are embarrassed easily/stiff upper lipped kind. We just pretend to be that way to fool people. It's how we've ended up running half the world at one time or another, hehehe. Glad you had fun. Smashxxx

Hey, I have "Odd Thomas". We can read them together (virtually of course). I've heard that with knitting, it does require brain power at first, but after practice you can sit and do it mindlessly while watching TV. And can you believe I am one of the 1% of people who are allergic to Pepto Bismol... so allergic, in fact, that next time I tried to use it (which considering the facts, I wouldn't), I would go into anaphalaxis shock.... crazy huh? But you can still yell diarrhea all you want. I'll just hand you some immodium.

"Stiff" is a great book. Knitting does sound like way to much work. I think I'll stick with crocheting!

Ooh, I have to have "Stiff" (that's what she said)! I'm going to check out our library today -- I have kids instead of books. Too bad I can't set the kids on the book shelves when I'm done with them.

Hey you...knitting can be mindless, but yeah, it takes practice. Eventually, you'll be rocking and knitting away!!! And good for you on reading medical books. I was in training to be a nurse, and I just can't go there. Enjoy your vacation...more!

...I cannot knit. Or crochet. It just pisses me off in new and interesting ways, and I would rather play a computer game or five. I am gonna have to check out those books, though, because I need something to read. :)
