I can totally imagine how annoying it is having your dad there, but I laughed my ass off when he asked "Is this Charlie's Angles?"
Thanks for the suggestion on "Hot Lights, Cold Steel" I just finished it and it was awesome. I'm going to check out "The Devil Wears Prada" next. Dumbass that I am, I never realized it was a book that was turned into a movie. Or is it a movie that came out as a book? I do live under a rock.

I think you'll like the ending of "The Devil Wears Prada". I had read the book before seeing the movie, and it's honestly one of those cases where I don't know which I prefer. :)
I'm sorry your dad's driving you nuts.

I totally sympathize. I simply cannot watch anything with my father in the same room. There's always comments and pointing out what's factually incorrect and whatnot until I'm finally like "CAN i JUST WATCH THE FREAKIN' MOVIE?!?"
Jeesh, I just want entertainment.

Oh my god. You are seriously my new best friend. I don't know how I lived all these years without you? WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN????? THANK YOU for the suggestion, it is a perfect, perfect solution to my problem. Also, thank you for the HTML help...I still can't get the thing to work but I am also not trying very hard. So. You are my hero and thank you seven billion times.

Thanks for the note...what a pleasant surprise to find when I got up this morning!
I'm a knitter too!!! I'm more of a process knitter than a product knitter since I never seem to actually finish anything. I did finish a hot pink baby thong the other day (to be worn outside the diaper as decoration) for a baby shower. I don't think the mother got the joke.
Anywho, thanks for the note, and I too can't wait to dive into your archives!
