Check out Brian Regan's comedy album "Brian Regan Live". It's hysterical. I have yet to met anyone of any age that doesn't love his comedy (he's a clean comic so won't offend Mom at all) - I know it's on Itunes, not sure about Rhapsody. Rich Vos "I'm killing here" is funny, but dirty and Lewis Black "the white album" is very, very funny as is his "Rules of Engagement". (All are on itunes).

I find Dane Cook to be very hit-and-miss ... but that's not my point. I LOVE hunter green, tis my second favourite colour after black!! It doesn't seem to be "in fashion" right now because I can't find anything I want in that colour. *pout*

I love Jim Gaffigan. I know you can get him on iTunes, not sure about Rhapsody!

Hey Halo, How difficult is it to knit a fisherman's sweater? You know that off white/cream color with the leather brown buttons up the front, sort of a cardigan.
I have no idea how to knit and I have been looking for a sweater like that for a couple of years now. Haven't found one I like and they cost a lot o' cash. I told my husband I bet I could learn to knit and make one myself, but I'm not so sure. Again, I have never picked up a pair of knitting needles.
What say thee? Too difficult for a beginner? And, could I commission your mom to make me one, do you think? I'd pay her...

I saw Kathleen Madigan a few weeks ago at a club, and she was HILARIOUS!! When I blocked my first scarf last week, it laid flat and there was no curling problem. But now I'm working with a soy/wool blend, and it's all curly at the bottom. I'm hoping it's only because I just started, but who the hell knows. I've joined a knitting group and I am seriously ADDICTED. It's crazy.

Oh...yes, I have tried the salt water. Not effective for me. Yes, you DO need to read One Hundred Years of Solitude. It's a beautiful book. I read it a lot. The odd thing is that Love in the time of Cholera (also by Gabriel Garcia Marquez) is my favorite of his books, but I've only re-read that one once. I often wonder why this is the case. I do the same thing with John Irving novels. A Prayer for Owen Meany is my favorite (of all books) but I've only read it once. The Hotel New Hampshire, on the other hand, I have read at least ten times. It's very odd. Anyway...are you done with your scarf yet? You've had a whole day now.
