Welcome back.....maybe you should start preparing yourself for going back to work by 'forcing' yourself to write an entry every day. Yup, this would be in your best interest...not mine...not mine at all :)

Yay for finally posting! Yah, the working life sucks, but I hear the homeless life sucks worse. *sigh* There has to be another alternative

Dude, you are about one dick hair away from passing out on the floor from forgetting to eat or something. (Been there, done that) However, I too, share your addiction as you well know, and it is an addiction you do not want to be saved from. It is something that takes you over, but I think it slacks up on its own after a while. I am much more in control now. haha. My readers whine whne I talk all about SL and none about RL. Whiners!! I made a separate blog for Scarlett, but I haven't written in it. See you in game, Chicka.

Holy! You live!!! I was thinking for a while there, that even though I see you logged into SL, that it must be a figment of my imagination. Geez girl... don't hold out on us... tell us everything. Damn it... I've been waiting weeks... oh wait a minute... screw that - it's been over a month. And... and... ain't that SL a piece of work, huh? Gets ya hook, line and sinker... who needs a first life? Catch ya on the flip side!

I like this line, from your post, as a philosophy for life this summer: "So you know, fuck that." I will admit, I miss you Halo. Again, I could read the archives, but who does that? I'll be waiting for you when you're back in the swing of things.

Halo-dear, you have indeed been missed. I was a bit worried. Now that you mention SL and the fact that you're still not working, I'm...well...still worried. I'm in the process of deleting certain online profiles which I had because they took up too much of my time. I strongly recommend getting back to REAL life and seeking joy there, in whatever form you may find it. I seem to recall someone who was interested in doing something on the order of fundraising for horsies? Or perhaps some sort of creative writing? Just thoughts...

The new edition of the Good Beer Guide heralds a "golden age" for beer. How does this square with this week's report from the British Beer and Pub Association that suggests our national drink is heading for the knackers' yard? It's not difficult. The BBPA, which reported that pubs are selling 14 million fewer pints a day than they were in 1979, doesn't speak for all Britain's brewers. Excluded from its ranks are the bulk of Britain's 500 plus microbreweries, most of whom are enjoying a boom in sales. They concentrate almost entirely on real ale: living, natural, cask conditioned beer. It's the... http://big-internet-site.com/

Coming off its second straight season of 30 or more wins, the Mercyhurst baseball team, led by head coach Joe Spano, continued to hit the recruiting trail in the off season and landed commitments from four players in the early signing period. Headlining the group is local standout Jeremy Cressley. Cressley, who is in his senior season at Corry High School, was named first team all region as a pitcher and as an outfielder last spring. He was named region player of the year, while posting a 1.37 ERA in 60 innings pitched and batted.500 on the season, as well. "Jeremy is one of the best athletes I've seen come out of this area in a long time," Spano stated. "We are ecstatic that he chose us, and we think he can be a two way impact player." Also committing to the Lakers were right handed pitchers Eric Aschley of Callery, Pa., and Joshua Graham of Carrolton, Ohio. Aschley,... http://my-newsblog.com/

This Mitsubishi made winsome bot is part of the vanguard of so called "second generation" robots, autonomous machines designed to help around the home and workplace permanently. In the first serious attempt to commercialise a robot that can work in the office, 10 little Wakamarus touting "strong receptionist skills" were recently taken on by an employment agency in Japan, where they are now for hire for £12,000 a year. Other bots are muscling in on Japan's increasingly mechanised construction industry, though those look far from the... http://huge-site.com/

"Microsoft and the National Society of Black Engineers have many common goals, including a passion to attract more African American students to enter science, technology, engineering and math fields," said Carl Mack, executive director of the NSBE. "We are thrilled that Microsoft will help our students reach their goals by providing them with the latest developer software." Also during his keynote address, Gates spoke about the opportunities for African American students entering U.S. engineering careers and the importance of diversity in the technology field. This grant, he said, is... http://huge-super-blog.com/

For many people, Christmas is a season of family and community reunions, giving and receiving gifts and the beginning of holidays. No doubt many events are being planned in the days ahead. Christianity is an encounter religion. Consequently, Christians believe that Christmas is more an encounter than an event. Christians believe that the All Mighty God has become a small and vulnerable baby who we can still encounter today. In the encounter with Jesus Christ we are given a dignity beyond compare. In repentance we receive the mercy and love of the God of love. Our humanity reaches total fulfilment. Christmas means that we have been given the way to... http://bestnews-4u.com/

LIVELY PERFORMANCE: Children with learning difficulties perform at the anniversary celebration of Alpha to Omega Learning Centre in Chennai on Thursday. CHENNAI: The 11th anniversary celebration of Alpha to Omega Learning Centre here on Thursday turned to be a colourful event with the auditorium reverberating with cheers and applause from the audience after every performance. The only difference was that the performers were children with learning difficulties and developmental challenges. Every performance of the students, adorned in bright attires, had a social message. While the junior students danced to a Tamil song on obedience to elders, the seniors highlighted the importance of conservation of nature through a dance drama. The jungle dance that portrayed the revelry of tribal warriors and their unity won a generous round of applause from the audience for the young performers who had put in their best talent. Also... http://coolnews-4u.com/
